App is complete JUNK.

The app was fine for over a year but now it just spins and never loads

Frustrating that no info given about issues when phone upgraded

This app worked fine for a couple weeks. Then it quit working and now I cannot even get into it.

I accidentally deleted the app, and now it won’t let me back in.

Enter passcode and nothing happens. How am I supposed to participate in this trial if the app doesn’t work?

Loaded the app for a new trial on same device I had been using it on for18 months. I got the activation code in, changed password, went though training then left app. Later thatyesterday went to enter data, put in password and it froze just sat there for 6 minutes doing nothing. Call nohelp line and was told to reload so i did and then it says activation already used and wont let me in this is totally useless. Must be made by retarded chinese because a real person would goto the sign in page when an account already exists. They need to be shutdown forever, find something that works, made in usa.

I’ve had to download this app three times after two deletions because it worked for awhile the first time the failed, the second time it worked once then failed, it remains to be seen how it’ll do on this third download.

Even after their critical update the app still hangs on the pin in iOS 15.

Broken in 15.1 and no way to contact them other than phone number where you sit on hold forever.
