App won’t work, support didn’t reply
Cannot get the app to load. Super frustrating.
Unable to open App
Always use Tribe to keep up to date with all sports and enjoyed using it. But recently it just won’t let me open the app, I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app several times but still the same result. Unsure what the problem is and wondering if you could help?

Can no longer organise my order. Slow. Some sports or competitions are blank with no live updates. Cmon get your act together and fix these issues.
Unusable
Crashes every time I try to clear all characters from MyTribe search bar. So I can’t have a standard home page to use. Been a bug for a month now.

Pass Its glory days
This was a good app with updated content on my fav sports also good for keeping up with grassroots local comps. But for the past months I havnt been able to open app without app crashing emailed support team but no reply
Slow
The app has seen a significant slowdown with recent releases. The addition of gambling and adverts probably hasn't helped the cause. This, along with the developer gaslighting users on both platforms speaks volumes for their integrity.
Competitions
Comps not appearing when they are live or coming up in the next 24hrs. Eg NRL Why do substitutions not come up? Below average app
Great app, but some issues/improvements
This is a great app for keeping up with sports. There are a few issues though. I think that there should be a button at the top of the Home Screen to filter between leagues and teams, these should be shown as tabs at the top of the screen. There should still be a combined tab, and all of these tabs should be in the live first order. My main piece of criticism though is the lack of logos on some competitions. Prime example of this is super rugby, it simply has a photo of some generic trophy, when it should have the super rugby logo. I think that this is a massive issue with an easy fix, especially when the main target audience of this app is New Zealanders. Another example of this is the FIFA World Cup, both men’s and women’s display a generic football rather than the logo for the respective competitions. This issue should be fixed, and I think that it is a very easy fix. Similarly the international men’s cricket page has a set of generic wickets, this is less of an issue, but I think it would be good to display the ICC logo here instead. Another thing that would be great is player profiles so that you can view each players current form. I am aware that this is a difficult thing to implement but it is one of the things that keep me from solely using tribe for sports. These profiles could have links to other suitable pages, for example for cricket it could link to their espn cricinfo profile. Another thing, the swipe animations when switching between tabs are a bit slow and can be glitchy. I think that it would be good if when opening a page, it slid in from the right, rather than just jolting onto the screen. The reverse effect should be applied when closing the page. The same thing should be done when opening/closing a game page. Great app, and it has potential to be even greater.
