TRICARE East

This is awful. Tried to register an account and each time I was met with a “sorry for the inconvenience” message. DS Log on got me access but the interface is so unfriendly that I couldn’t even find what I was looking for and gave up. I’ll be using the computer or the phone for my business. I really wanted this app to work, but it just feels like a waste of time.

This app is impossible to log in to. I have a login.gov account that works perfectly fine on other government websites, but for whatever reason this app and their website does not let you in using your login.gov username and password. I don’t know how I’m suppose to access my information if I can’t log in without making a phone call.

When a claim has issues and multiple calls and written communication are required to resolve it, there should be an accessible transcript of calls, and all written records and communications should be accessible through the app. Also, claims should be able to be searched within specific date ranges, not just last 6/12/18/24 months. Users should be able to search claims for past months/years without sifting through more current/recent claims records. Without the functionality and good record access within the app, users are forced to call instead.

I give this app 1 because I need to. If is for me is a cero. I can’t see my referalls, or even enter the app at all.

The app would be decent if you could actually use features like monitoring payments/bills and checking coverage. Every tab has been “under service maintenance” since I’ve had the app downloaded. Almost as painful as being on the phone with Tricare. Terrible app.

Does not work well at all on mobile devices, especially the “find care” function!

Trying to get things done is difficult. Have a concern or complaint? Just send a letter snail mail to Texas. Forget an email or phone number. You can’t get anything resolved in that regard over the phone. It’s not just the app, it’s Humana itself. There’s a reason the app is set up that way.

Ever since they switched to the new app from Humana military to TRICARE East app I have not been able to login to the app for over four months and don’t know what the issue is and I always get an error every time I go to login. Changed my password numerous times and can login to the Humana website just fine. As of now and for the last 4 months, this app has been pretty useless.

If you have a DS Logon you have to use it. Can’t use Face ID, good god for how much money TriCare rakes in a year you would think they could make a usable app. Absolute garbage, better to save your credentials on a computer and just manage it there.

One of the worst apps on the market. Constantly freezes & attempts to lock your account from so many “failed logins”
