When I try to make an appointment with urology, my only choice is Drs in Ft Lauderdale. I live in Clifton Park, NY

I have been seeing the network of physicians under the Trinity Health umbrella since 2016, and have seen constant care and management during the entire period. The app has grown over the years and will continue to grow. My favorite feature is the ability to seamlessly message different team members who I might have worked with at the office with each of my different providers; my PCP, my Mental Health Team, and my team at Trinity; because it helps me know that I can be connected at the touch of my finger.

Really helps simplify everything and makes it more efficient to do needed things. Terrible to make appointments though lol

I find this app to be very helpful and very user friendly

I’m trying to schedule lab work and Collaborative Labs does not appear as an option. When I enter my zip code it says there are no labs within 50 miles of me. However, I know the lab on Sycamore is 3 miles from me.

Honestly This App. Has taken me To Have Patience! but So Worthwhile!

I selected the wrong organization and now I can’t see my data. Can’t find the screen to change organization, where is it?
