Fantastic app, instant data update, friendly and easy to navigate

If I could trade all of the energy spent on new A.I. features 🙄 and reallocate them to making a usable iOS app instead, I would take that trade in a heartbeat.

Triple whale website works great, but when you’re on the go this app is a hassle. Lately with the Moby feature/menu it’s been taking forever to load. Not worth using if you’re short on time. Just frustrating. Please work on fixing these bugs. We’re definitely paying enough for issues like this to be fixed.

Trash app, UI and UX done horribly, buggy, crashes, pages wont scroll randomly. For a company that’s raised over 50M, this is what you call trash.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother downloading. The app will crash or show the stupid whale loading icon and then crash. Your main dashboard may load but good luck seeing any actual data at the ad level. TW doesn’t seem to care about this after myself along with other reviews have flagged these glaring issues. I even took time to record videos to show them. It’s crazy that their app doesn’t work in the year 2024 where we use our phones 24/7 and for how much their product costs. Prob worth looking at other options!

Mediocre, bad quality app for an expensive service

The tab for log in through google is not responsive for months. So you can't even log in

A little concerned about their main product is the mobile app doesn’t even allow you to login through Google (how I registered on the web).
