We book return transfer, very clean and nice car both ways. Drivers are excellent and friendly offered toilet and stretch break between the long 3-4 hours drive. Highly recommend

We used Tripool four times in Taiwan. It was easy to book and manage trips. The drivers were always punctual and very professional. On one occasion we booked a car for four hours. It was a very good value and allowed us to see more than we could have using trains and buses.

Super convenient. So easy to book private driver, airport pickup, or even carpool. Driver was super nice. Safe, smooth. App’s chat service is handy to talk with driver safely. App team is very responsive.

I was traveling in more rural Taiwan and needed to arrange rides where public transit didn’t go and timing of schedules didn’t work. I booked a ride through the phone app (works much better than website). The process was seamless as I was able to book a ride, the driver contacted me a day before and then showed up at my door. The cars are cleaner and the drivers are a bit more professional than Uber drivers or a local driving you. The one quirk is that some locations don’t show up based on the country you’re in. So you’ll have to finesse the location closest to you then message the driver the exact spot.

Was looking for transport from/to Taoyuan airport. The online customer service was in both 中文 and English. I was really surprise how fluent the service reps are. And so helpful in changing details on the order. The driver showed up on time on both instance and was courteous ( second hand info), I wasn’t there. The tripod.app allowed real-time tracking of the car, the platform is well thought out and quite modern, IMHO.

Used the booking service for a quick trip from Taipei to Jaoxi. Worked perfect. Easy to work with as an English-only reader.

Really easy to make reservations, good communication about picking up processes with information related to drivers and car models as well as pickup location. Drivers are always professional and on time.

I thought about renting a car at Taipei for sightseeing, but decided not to do it because of the hassle to verify a foreign driver license. Also it’s very hard to find a parking spot near most tourist attractions. The app gives you the option between Point to Point and Hourly Ride. For us the hourly worked wonderfully because the ride took us to multiple attractions within six hours. After dropping us at each attraction, the driver just drove away and waited at somewhere else.

I was concerned not to be able to go around taiwan. My brother said he used this service last year. service did not disappoint. I have used it 2x-from airport to jiufen-taipei. They were both on time. Very kind people. Will definitely recommend to my friends going to taiwan. 💯

We needed to get from Sun Moon Lake to a remote hotel near Alishan. Public transit was going to take 4+ hours so we were looking for alternatives. We found tripool easy to use for door to door pickup and drop off. The driver arrived on time and the drive was smooth and nice. The price was reasonable for the distance. Will use again for future trips.
