This is so awesome and helps me relax. It is stunning and awesome. I give it a number one because it is wonderful. I hope you get more into the system for the VR.

My go to for calm!
Once you get to know how to navigate the content you realize there’s so much to enjoy! I put the binaural audio on and it helps me focus while working. The AI feature makes it feel super personal and I can truthfully say that the responses have been really good. It’s amazing how something so simple can make a positive impact in a short time. I love the sleep content and the calm content. The visuals are beautiful too. There’s really no reason not to have this app.
Love this mindfulness in my pocket.
Whenever I’m stressed I can get help by using Kokua or listening to other peaceful content. I try to use this app everyday!
Great product
I’m a huge fan of the Tripp App on the Meta Quest. I’ve only been using the mobile app for a short while now, but it’s similarly fantastic. Would highly recommend!
Good Vibes
I have Tripp on my oculus and IPhone, both are great. I have chronic pain and anxiety because of the pain and sometimes need a bit of help winding down. Tripp definitely helps me relax a bit when I need it.
This is one of the few apps that are a “must download” in my book, this is one of them.
Tripp rules and has really been a very impressive tool for me to obtain a better positive mental attitude in my life. It’s also my go-to app for showing people how VR can help them mentally relax in a totally new and unique way. If you’re reading this I’d strongly consider using this app if you’re looking for a real great experience that’s quick and easy to use. Just put on the headset, select your zen, and sit back for 15 minutes of introspective relaxation. You’ll come out feeling refreshed and leveled up.

Having a tough time lately due to a family health issue. This helped with creating a calm space . Really seemed to help. Definitely worth a try
