Crap!!

The app now crashes at startup. Unable to use. Have tried deleting and reinstalling.

Is there any point in having an app if the pages simply don’t load anything?

App doesn’t work at all. When it did it was poor but now not even working. The website is probably the worst I’ve ever use as well.

Embarrassingly bad app - reflects very poorly on the company. Hopefully anyone planning on using CTM or Redfern checks the app out before signing up with them.

It’s pretty basic, I never had the chance to book travel but it displayed existing bookings alright. Worked with iPhone 8, no longer works with iPhone XR

My dog could write a better app than this.

It’s clunky and a very poor user experience. Makes things hard that should be easy. Any saving that is meant to be brought about for my organisation through using this is more than wiped out through loss or productivity. Utterly rediculous!

It doesn’t work.

This app is even worse than the desktop website...which I know you didn’t think was possible! I can’t even open the rail bookings page (even though it has a rail booking button). Basic things like the user interface are clunky. As a user, my experience is a very bad, with frequent crashes and bugs, just like on the desktop site. Any savings my company makes from using tRIPS are wiped out by the loss of productivity staff spend trying to book anything (using this app or any of their services)
