Cada vez que quiero registrar un nuevo correo electrónico, el sistema dice que no lo tiene en sus registros. Lo cual es obvio porque quiero registrar una cuenta nueva. El sistema de ayuda tiene como campo OBLIGATORIO compartir mis datos para darme una solución.

De funcionabilidad y navegación simple y directa. Información clara.

Does not contain my manually added hotel in my trip, it only shows what was booked directly with BCD. Everywhere else bcd shows me everything.

No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful

We need an iPad version

Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived. Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…

Not sure is this is an app problem, or an iPhone problem. But when I fill an address to select a car rental agency, clicking “Select location” button on the app does nothing. It could even be an SAP concur issue. I don’t know. But this is a massive pain

My previous issue was resolved with help from support. Leaving at 4 stars due to the initial occurrence.

Why do I need an App if I have to log in using my computer!! Feels ridiculous

Waisted an hour of my life trying to get logged into the app. If I can’t reliably access the app, I will never be able to rely on it during travel.
