I bought the Security Bulb, and I guess in some galaxy far far away it probably works well. But, to echo other folks here, it’s impossible to register your account on the website!! And of course this means the bulb is useless. People don’t want to invest hours trying get set up. Keep it simple….get it together!
The security verification code will not work by email or text. If this app is this bad I’m going to assume their product is junk too.
The app and camera should work fine but the live video times out
I purchased a security bulb and instructions had QC code to download this app. I have attempted several times to sign up after downloading but will not submit after applying security code. Not able to use bulb without app access.
The app isn’t showing up in my notifications settings
It would be 5 stars, but the app doesn’t have an option to enable push notifications in the iPhone settings, so the alarm doesn’t notify my phone
