Trona Valley Mobile Banking

I’ve been banking with Trona since they opened I wouldn’t do my business anywhere else. They are always friendly and know who I am. I have never had any problems with them.

If you have another option do NOT use Trona Valley! They are obstructive and rude. If you connect to another institution so you can pay the bill they obstruct it every week. Even after confirming multiple times. When you try to hook up the other establishment from Trona Valley, they obstruct that as well. When you call into customer service for help with these issues they are rude and unhelpful. Then inform you if you pay by phone you’ll be charged a convenience fee. They should have to pay me an inconvenience fee! I would not give even 1 star if I didn’t have to, in order to warn other people! -20 stars at least.

Each and every time I go into TVCU it is a pleasure in Evanston Wyoming! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!

Good app, I like that I can link and view my accounts from other financial institutions. Reliable, works well, pretty easy to navigate and do what I need to.

It was a good app until the most recent update. It doesn’t recognize my face and then when i type my password it says I’ve tried my password too many times and have to wait. And there’s no quick look option. So i can’t even just look at what’s in my account all fast. It’s annoying and dumb and tedious.

Literally every possible feature of this app is non-functional. Just like the last one.

This app isn’t too bad, was a little hard to get my account set up/ logged in. I do prefer the old app, it was easier to navigate.
