You can’t invite people through a link!

So far the app has been great. I love the layout of the itinerary and how detailed you can be with info on places/ tours such as linking map info or website. You can even include notes and prices. I also like the fact that there is a polling system(haven’t used it yet). The only problem I have is not being to send invites by text which would make inviting people much easier. I keep getting an error notification when I try to create a link. Email invite works though. Just a little disappointed that text invite doesn’t work.

This app is a fantastic idea for collaborating and planning group trips. However, it has a bug where you cannot invite group members via a link. Customer support doesn’t respond and the app hasn’t been updated for a year. So I’m not sure if it is still actively being developed, but I hope it is because it’s a great idea. I love how the interface focuses on steps of trip planning starting from picking dates to picking destinations to finally picking lodging and activities. you can vote on all of these things with your group. And it’s all presented in a very organized and pretty way in the app.

Not sure where my previous review went but this app is broken. So…..I logged out of my Troupe account to show a family member how to create their own account to use the app. When I tried logging back in using Facebook, it says Facebook isn’t an option on the app. Then when I tried logging in using the same email as my Facebook email, it says I need to log in using Facebook since that was the original way I logged in ☠️ I’ve sent emails and DM the Instagram and tried the chat support but no answer so far. Super inconvenient since I’ve already had half my group signed on and connected to vote/etc.

This application is a web wrapper. There are far too many clicks to get things done. Please consider adding a feature where friends can mark that they are attending an activity instead of just voting. I think this focuses a lot of voting/planning rather than an itinerary for a finalized plan.

I’m sure sure to explain this but this app feels like a website app. It doesn’t seem like a real app and I would not trust it. It just doesn’t seem legit. Not recommended.

Planning a group trip with a few friends that all live on opposite sides of the country. This has made it so easy to share ideas, vote on options, and keep people in the loop. So well designed and intuitive!

Nice solid and well-organized app with some good features, though there are some limitations. Really need to be able to add photos and URL’s to polls, broadcasts and notes; need to be able to ask multiple questions in a poll; need a section for itinerary and important info and details to be posted; and ideally would become a communication tool for those on the trip with a chat feature for the group. These features would make it much more useful not only in planning but also for everyone leading up to and during the trip. Edit: Didn’t notice the WYSIWYG editor for Notes before, that will help with a couple of my points in the absence of a more purposeful feature.

A one stop shop to plan group travel. Love the ability to bring all the people and information together in one place. Voting and decision making keeps everything moving to get the plans finalized. Well designed and intuitive app.
