How Do I Create An Account?
I downloaded the app. It is asking me to sign in and is not giving me an option to create an account. I don’t have an account so I can’t access the app.

The TrovaTrip app isn’t for booking travel (currently you can take care of that on our website, trovatrip.com) but once you’ve got a trip planned–whether you’re joining or leading it–everything you need is right here in one convenient package. The worst
This is my second trip since the app rolled out. It’s almost non functional.
Chat does not work.
Chat does not work. Very frustrating and received no help.
Great service, terrible app
The chat feature on the app only works for about half the people in our group, and it’s a mixture of android and apple users. Also the app crashes a lot. Our group had to move communications over to WhatsApp to ensure that we don’t lose track of each other while out of the country.
Chat doesn’t work
I just get a white screen when I try to go into the chat. I rebooted my phone multiple times and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the chat does not work.
Keeps crashing
When it works, it’s great. But if crashes half the time I try to access my itinerary and the chat function won’t load or gives and error message
