I upload my passport photo, rejected, I upload my nin, rejected, the app is very bad

A fix on the app would go a long way. Doesn’t offer a smooth experience at all. I’ve been trying to fund my account, the app says I should verify my BVN which I did correctly, and now I’ve been suspended from. I really don’t know why a big app like this would neglect this issue

Thier service is very poor. Once you make a payment transaction to your card, they won’t credit your card for long. Except you contact thier customer care, and even when you do, it takes them forever to attend to you

The verification process is time consuming very slow and annoying had to uninstall cause of the poor verification process

The application is a great app that allows you to invest in stocks worldwide. However, I would like to ask to company, Trove, to include a feature where one can transfer a stock from one trove user to another. I think it will be a great one. Keep up the good work.

It takes a lot of time for you to be credited your money and assuming you sold your stocks to diversify into other apps It will take a lot of time for you to receive your money and the stock would have made its mark And you get to lose money This app is worse

There shouldn’t be a need for BVN, when using the bank transfer option to fund portfolio. Also, funding US portfolios with naira cards takes wayy to long to process Thanks and your swift upgrade will be greatly appreciated

Oh my God Trove is far better in saving.. I just got the value I saved for 3 months

The app team takes unnecessary delay in crediting investors money. The customer care team takes ages to reply chats.
