Everything worked until recently. Have to manually enter all information every time I reserve parking. Often tells me I am not at a TA/Petro location when I actually am. How can I get app to retain my vehicle information

Doesn’t work properly with iPhone after last update. Has not worked properly since January. It’s now end of June . You have to enter info in app and at the pump… why offer Mobile fueling if you have to enter info at pump too?

App won’t retain my info for parking. Android app works fine on 2 different devices. What the heck.

Had some form of ultra one petro ta for over 30 years … customer service no help . I have spent a month setting one account after another . When i call phone number they say i have 3 inactive accounts but wont give me info. Today i finnally went to a kiosk teued to log in …. Screen says NO PIN set up call customer no service…. What a joke management must be DEI hires clueless when the purchase of businees was made

I am having issues registering to the app. It seems no matter what address or what format is use the app thinks the address is invalid hence preventing me from creating an account. Is there something I can do or is there another what to create and account for this app?

I have been trying to register in the app since May 28th. After registration I can’t sing in in app, but I am receiving emails news on my email.

I wish there was a spot on the app where you can request a replacement card for rewards. Other than having to call

Why can’t we get team showers on the app? I can’t tell you how many times the start of my day has been delayed by more than 30 minutes because I can’t get a team shower on the app! We head inside with 2 or 3 showers available but by the time we walk across the parking lot and wait in line to get the team shower drivers sitting in their truck are reserving the available showers from the app… It’s getting ANNOYING!!! Register in the app as a team. When you use the app to reserve a shower choose team or single. WALAA… problem solved!

The app keeps telling me that my address is invalid. Therefore I can’t register. If you can’t register you can’t use any of it’s features.
