Not a bad app. Could be better in just a few areas. Not a deal breaker. 1) If I forget to select whether my glucose was fasting or non fasting in the glucometer at the time of testing, I’m able to go in edit that in the app after the fact, but it will not show the icon on the app as it would if I selected it from the glucometer device itself. It just appears like I forgot to enter it until I click into the entry, then I can see what I selected. 2) Since some of us are using a glucometer to test for gestational diabetes during pregnancy it would be nice be able to set parameters that the doctor specifies. For now, the only option is: Hypo, Lower Target and Upper Target. It’s very simplistic. Would have liked to see Fasting, Non-Fast parameter options. For fasting I need to be (less than) <95mg/dl and for non fast, I need to be (less than) <140mg/dl. I’m not sure how to adjust the parameters based on that with the current options. Maybe the company could reach back out to me about it.

This app is true minimum for reading data from the meter when it can. It fails miserably to download even when Bluetooth connection shows the meter is connected. Can’t choose between pre and post meal reading. Can’t delete erroneous reading. Yes the meter can read 30 point apart readings within seconds of each other.

It is nightmare to sync this app with the devise. Have to try pressing sync a thousand times to get one data transfer from devise to this app. No autosync.

Extremely disappointing that we still get do not have Apple Health support with this app.

Very frustrating & not helpful. I thought it was a faulty meter since I’ve had it for 2 yrs so I bought a brand new True Mgr Air meter & still the app won’t connect. Very difficult reaching anyone in customer svcs support by telephone.

I was so excited to get and use this but then it wouldn’t even connect to my phone… plse fix /:

Barebones app can’t even integrate with Apple Health.

It duplicates all your info. And the fact it has not been updated in two years tells me this app is no longer supported.

How can I connect this app with I health on my iphone?

I got three of these meters thinking that they were defective while clearly they are. The Bluetooth does not talk to the phone. It shuts off once you put the meter on and the strip inside what a waste of money I wanted a Bluetooth so I can save it on my phone. I called Customerservice, they said somebody will get back to you within a day or two. The lady did not really seem to care what I had to say. Don't get this monitor out of three of them. Three of them didn't work with the Bluetooth.
