Almost all of the time the widget doesn’t work. Also needs update for the new iPads, bc i can’t use while on my keyboard. So that’s frustrating as well.

I can login just fine on the Internet, but whenever I try to log into mobile banking on this app, I get an error. I called the bank and usually they end up resetting my password and it still doesn’t work. They don’t seem to realize that this doesn’t work I don’t know if it’s just the iOS version or what.

You can’t download monthly mortgage statements in this application.

App used to be better before the update. It still had its issues but after this update. It is soooo slow it’s frustrating. Slow to come up slow to make transfers. I only have it because I need it otherwise I would have deleted it. Not convenient please fix and update.

The worst app I have on my phone. I only have it because I need it, otherwise, I would have already deleted it. Super slow. Outdated. Only works when it wants. Locks me out all the time. Face ID will randomly stop working. 0 STARS.

I have an issue where I’m constantly getting locked out. Fine during business hours on a week day. Terrible when it happens 13:30 on a Saturday. I have Face ID, and that’s how I always log in. Until the app decides it can’t validate my credentials. Which happens almost weekly at best. Sometimes multiple times a day. Can we please get a fix for this?

App looks better than old 1. Inconvenient that had no warning they were updating, had to set up passwords & facial recognition all over again when was in a hurry to start with. Would have been nice to know beforehand. New app seems to be working great though!

Best financial institution app I have used. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. Great job True Sky!

its a great bank but the app is horrible and im ready to switch banks. you cant even transfer money with out it gliching. the app dont even deserve 1 star
