If you want to migrate from old style office and paper forms, this app is for you. Different subscription levels for different level of needs,Easy to work with and very good support and service.

I try to sync my Gmail account to open pronto forms but it does not let me because I have not registered. On the open screen there is no create account link for new users.

ProntoForms is one of my go to apps for automating work processes. I think of ProntoForms as much more than just "forms" it is a simple yet powerful mobile application development environment for getting things done from the field to the head office, it has been a huge time saver that has translated into HUGE savings in time and money spent on non value-added tasks like the filing and transporting of paper documents (and the rework involved in dealing with paper). When set up right it is rock solid and seamless for the end user. Some words of advice, "invest the time in doing it right and you will reap the rewards."

You can build your own forms, or use library forms (lots to choose from). Works on all different devices without having to create different forms. Many enterprise-grade features, but still easy to use overall. I like that you can capture photos and sketch onto of them to annotate and capture customer signatures. Definitely worth taking the time to explore all functionality and how it can help your business.

We are done with paper and Excel. The ROI makes Prontoforms a no brainer.

This app saves money, paper, time, office space, employee headache and provides simplicity, mobility, and many other things. I recommend this!

First Off this is business software and requires a subscription to be useful. For businesses with mobile workers this app is incredible! Easy to build forms, they automagically sync to the field and the data from the field comes back the same way. This software has been around for a while and works on windows mobile, blackberry and iPhone which is great for companies with mixed smartphone products in the field already. iPhone version lacking signature capture and photo capture, but having met with the rep this week (our office is in the same city as True Context) that functionally should come with an update by mid June. If you need to get form data back and forth from field workers this app rocks!
