Verbally create a scenario as simple or as complex as the teacher wishes. If the student has a 2nd device, connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and the 2nd device becomes a realistic monitor.
If the student initiates appropriate management for the simulated patient, the teacher can improve the patient’s vital signs. If not... the patient can deteriorate and eventually suffer cardiac arrest.

I am blown away by its capabilities. The app is incredibly user-friendly and provides a realistic simulation experience. The graphics are top-notch and the attention to detail is impressive.
The app is also incredibly reliable and stable. I have never experienced any crashes or glitches while using TruMonitor, which is a testament to the quality of the app.
Overall, I highly recommend TruMonitor to anyone looking for a high-quality simulator app. It's a must-have for anyone who wants to experience realistic simulations from the comfort of their own device.
However, the price is quite expensive. I hope there is a cheaper option for personal users. I am using it to up skill my nurses. I am working in a country where quality healthcare training is almost non existent.

Great App for Institutions
I’m a nurse educator and I’ve used this app at our institution for training of our ICU nurses for some time and absolutely love it. It’s great to program in different scenarios and the experience is a great way to construct a true simulation experience. Scenarios are well done and you can incorporate and tailor the experience based on the team your educating, sounds such as patient noises add to the experience. Lab data, imaging also adds to the cases as well.
That being said this app is designed for purchased by institutions not individuals it’s is a good deal in a capital budget but wouldn’t be cost prohibitive on a personal budget.
