Заплатил за приложение 20 000 руб., но к сожалению не удается ни забронировать ни единые апартаменты. По факту оказался обман.

Я заплатила 10 тысяч рублей за доступ, более месяца откликиваюсь на присмотр за животным, более 30 откликов, все мне отказывают, хотя и верификация и профиль полный и отзывы. К сожалению, если вы из России, то вам это приложение бесполезно, они вас не выберут, и вы выкинете деньги на ветер. Я еще и расстраиваюсь каждый раз, я им пишу огромное сопроводительное письмо с упоминанием их имени, что за животные и кто я такая, а они просто отказ молча. Очень неприятно, слитая энергия и деньги. А я бы с радостью присмотрела за животным, я их обожаю, очень грустно.

New version?! And still the same problem?! Do you really think that to vanish the function filters looks like the improvement ?! I can’t now choose the date and the animals ! Also I can’t refresh the search ! It became every inconvenient ! Thank you ! Well done :(((( I hope next version will come soon ! And you will restore the previous version ! And I wrote to the support e mail ! Two letters ! And no reply !

For a cloud-based company that is valued at 100 million GBP this is not good enough. The version history shows no information. There are often problems with push notifications: getting them double, getting none, etc. It is difficult to use the search (enormous radius even when entering the name of a specific small town, etc etc). And now the sound of the notifications is broken - I am missing messages.

Dear app-owners! The idea of the app is fantastic and there is nothing wrong with charging a year fee - it shows serious intentions of both pet owners and sitters BUT the fee is quite high, without at least 3 days of free test to get aquatinted with the space and without getting a feeling how many users are actually registered. The small amount of reviews tells me it is not a widely used app and so finding a match and being sure to get a value from this investment seems to be low. Please re-think your membership policy or find a way to inform about the amount of registered users per continent. Thank you!

This website was recommended by a friend that has tried it already four times. At first i was not sure if this could fit my expectations. However, i found a very nice couple that came from Germany and could stay at home and take care of my lovely dog for 6 days. It was such a great experience for all of us. My dog was very happy and i was relax knowing that she was in good hands. They also loved my dog and they were very glad to stay at home with her. I hope i can have similar experiences in the future.

Strong functionality, nice aesthetically. The alerts function for new/updated sits needs tuning or correction, as often an alert will pop up only to find nothing evidently new. The find a sit functionally is also quite strong but should include more/all parameters in the filter, eg, sitters need a car.

You have to pay for a membership if you want to get any sits at all. And the amount you have to pay is sock. 129$

I do love this site, have met some awesome people and had good luck with the sitters we have had, also think it is good value to join. If I was able, I would actually enjoy house sitting for others, it is an excellent way to see the world!!! BUT there is a large hole in the “looking for a sitter” process. Sitters are supposed to be marked in green on the dates they will be available. When a Home/Pet Owner does a search with the dates that they would like to procure a sitter it brings up all sitters that are even NOT available. The only ones it appears to leave out are the ones that already have a sit during that time (have those dates crossed off already). This really is a huge pain in the rear and can cause you to spend hours looking and scrolling through everyone’s page. Surely after all these years of running this site the developers would have been able to do a sort on those important credentials? That one fix would make me rate the app with 5 *****. Thanks
