Habe die App erst seit wenigen Tagen, sie macht einen guten Eindruck. Was mir nicht so ganz klar ist, wie die Ersparnis errechnet wird. Das stimmt irgendwie nicht. Werde die App weiter nutzen und weiter bewerten. Ich möchte meinen Alkoholkonsum reduzieren. Vielleicht gibt es da schon eine Möglichkeit in der App?! Falls nicht, wäre das auch ganz hilfreich
Einfach und gut
Die App ist unkompliziert und wirkt motivierend. Ich bin zufrieden.
Praktische App, hilft mir gut
Ich hab mur die App vor ca. einem Jahr geholt und fast 11 Monate wirklich genutzt. Aufgrund der engl. Maße speziell beim Bier etwas umständlich auf 0,5 l zu gehen. Aber das nehm ich gern in Kauf. Im Laufe der Zeit bekommt man einen guten Überblick. Mein Konsum ist um einiges gesunken.
Free - und super übersichtlich
Die App ist umsonst, wird gepflegt und ermöglicht sehr einfaches tracken von Getränken in standardisierten Einheiten.
Man kann sich Ziele setzen und noch weitere Dinge verfolgen (Schlafqualität u.s.w.), wenn man es möchte und benötigt.
Und man kann sein Trinkverhalten aufs Gesundheitsrisiko prüfen. Ich wollte einfach meine Trinkgewohnheiten erfassen, um mir ein besseres Bild machen zu können. Am Ende will ich auch die gelegentlichen Feierabendbiere reduzieren, bzw. es sollten nicht mehr werden!
Ich bin sehr gespannt, wie meine aktuelle Selbsteinschätzung und nach einiger Zeit erfasste Daten zueinander passen.
Apple Health Integration missing
The app is working well so far! Besides entries require online connection it would be more helpful if there was a connection/integration with apple health :)

Very helpful
Very helpful app, whether you’re just using it for Dry January or planning to stay sober for longer. It’ll help you save money too, of course!
The visual aspect means that the ever-growing rows of yellow stayed-dry icons on your calendar act as an incentive to keep going. And if you do lapse on occasion (as I have) the simple visuals help you choose to look at the positive of all those yellow icons and feel smug (!) at how well you’ve done, and look on the occasional black icon in a sea of yellow as just a blip.
Easy to correct mistakes, too. If you log a day as dry but later remember you’d had a drink, just click on the date in the calendar and then on ‘I had a drink’ in the following screen. And if you enter your drinks in the wrong date, just click on the date in question and then in View your drinks’ in the following screen, where you can either add more drinks or remove them by swiping and hitting Delete.
Really helpful app
Great little app! Keeps me that little bit more mindful on how many days I drink and over the course of the year. Just wish it had a community section as it would be good to chat to others who are also trying to cut back!
Can’t remove Dave from Calendar
If you accidentally add a day to the calendar, you cannot remove it forcing you to have to delete your whole account and restart the app from scratch.
