Need to improve the ios UI ,while checking accommodation module ,scrolling is not working,very bad experience…because of this I have missed my accommodation booking.

Inspite of booking for actual participation seva couldn’t get accomodation at tirumala just becoz it was not showing booking history in app Neither the helpline no. Is in working condition. Pathetic condition Where god stay the app is of worst quality kindly make improvement.

Firstly, it keeps you waiting for 5 mins or more. And, then it says try another slot everytime you try, even though you can see hundreds of tickets avaialble in that slot. The worst thing is that since this is app, you have to type in all the required details manullay, everytime. If you get lucky somehow then you go to the payment page. But then when you try payment it always says "something went wrong". And, when you try another payment, it says previous transaction is in-progress. If you still have the patience not to give up by now and try to go back and try booking the slot again then you go to the first step i.e. wait for another 5 mins or more. And you end up seeing all the slots are booked somehow. Same goes with accomodation. You see lot of slots available, but evertime you try to book by manually filling all the details and try to make payment, it only says try booking another slot. Looks like this app is till living in 1994 instead of 2024.

I have arjitha seva booked online, while booking accommodation the seva details are not showing in Transaction history. It took almost 30 mins for those details to reappear . I had to refresh wait in virtual queue, log out several times to get back into accommodation booking page. Finally managed to book, but the experience is terrible. Hope TTD would improve the user experience.

200+ slots were available but tried to book more than 100 times from the time but after filling details it will shows no slots are available and when we try to change slots , slots will be available but can’t able to book them I tried for enter month but not book the Darshan tickets after continuous 1 hour of trying all the slots are booked for whole month but not able to book darshan tickets for 5members in one time

Online browser login can save more time than this app.For waiting it shows in minutes but not accurate .Lets say , if it is showing 3 minutes waiting , so to complete 3 minutes it takes 15 minutes , because seconds wont pass in seconds

Why it is so complicated, make it simple and convenient

I have never seen such a bad App that too for a divine cause like Ayappa Swami. The App shows 300 available, but by 30 secs you fill in details and submit it says quota filled. But you go back and check still it shows all green. When it’s allowing me to choose a slot why it’s releasing it even before I am done ? It happen for all services. All this rush and delay is man made problems. I hope TTD look into it and fix them ASAP.

The radio button u have to choose a slot is white in colour same has background colour. It is invisible. Error message is not friendly. Unable to download booking receipts. Link doesn’t work. Though 1000s of tickets are shown as available but it says slots are booked. I gor a booking successful message but later on i got a message saying transaction failed, i am yet to get refund.
