The deposit feature had been working fine for a while. Now recently I cannot deposit a check in the app…

So I’ve been a customer for this place for awhile. One thing I really didn’t like, that’s important to anyone saving money is that they would use my savings to cover chargers. No way to stop that. So stopped using this bank for savings. My issue is a few weeks ago I got a NSF for a pending transaction that never completed till funds were in the account. Chat and agent fixes it and tells me that. My main draw to this place was that any charge that would put me negative would be auto denied. Come to today… I’m charged 3, not 1, but 3 NSFs. All for one pending transaction that cleared when my check deposited. Go to chat and the agent tells me to spell sun in Spanish and that he isn’t reversing anything. Escalated but apparently they have no supervisors on staff. So yeah, with that, after 5 years of being a customer of TFCU I am out. I advised doing the same or going to another bank.

I opened an account with TFCU about 3 months ago and this bank is amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and very nice. Try them and you will see😄😄

Tucson Federal Credit Union has consistently provided excellent customer service. I had a serious situation involving fraud. My bank account was wiped out. TFCU handled this effectively and professionally. The TFCU team was able to recover the funds in less than 48 hours. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. In regards to obtaining my loan TFCU answered my questions thoroughly which helped me to understand all the details of the loan.I must say I had a great experience.I am very happy driving my CLS55AMG. They are by far the best bank. The mobile app is awesome super user friendly

Notifications come in super late. No ATMs in other states. They won’t fix my issue with my Zelle no matter what. Overall it’s an okay credit Union but could be much better. They now have option to get kids a debit card which is a plus!

Need metal debit cards

I get a paper check from my work every week and I used to use mobile deposit to deposit my check. Now the app won’t work and tells me “turn your phone to complete deposit” but no matter what I do it won’t work. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

The app works great but the only issue I have had this year is with the mobile deposits. Any new phone won’t work with this and I think it’s the update (app update) that is messing with it. Hope it gets fix soon(I have mentioned talk to them about this issue before and still no fix)
