I can only have it all the way up or all the way down

Frustrated by this lack of control as they have been fine but are now not working as they did.

The app used to work ok but recently removed all the blinds previously registered I tried to added them back but when I scan the QR code it says that the blind is not compatible and that I need to use the bliss application. I downloaded it but when I tried on Bliss it says I need to use the Tuiss :( Can i have some assistance?

This app is minimal and poorly made. Numerous blue tooth disconnections and reconnects that bring up warnings which take away the “Stop” button so your blind from blinds to go (which doesn’t have auto stop!!!) keeps flapping away over and over! It hasn’t even been proof-read. Some messages have garbled sentences. The page with blind position is nonsense - 25% sends the blind beyond the top again - flap flap! So much is promised by this app and blinds to go - what a huge disappointment!!

Worked great until the latest update. Now I cannot log in or reset password. I can’t use my blinds now - total pain.

App worked fine until latest update now I’m having to redo timers all the time starting get frustrating when you have nice blinds yet the app is letting the product down

My Blind 2 Go, looks beautiful. I’m so thrilled. This app however is a total waste of time. Who wants to use their phone every time they want to open or close the window 🤦‍♂️. Thankfully I’ve been able to write a Siri Shortcut to control the blind based on sunrise and sunset with an nfc tag.

You have to be signed in to an app to close your blinds. Why do I need an account on this app?? Ridiculous

“Stop” flashes up then disappears since update on open/close.

Recently forced to update the app, I am then signed out and all blinds are removed from the app and need to be added back in. Functionality is basic. Very poor design
