Same experience as most others. App is awful and does not work at all. Stay away from this company and their scooters. Awful communication and basically you’re just letting them steal your money.

This app is the absolute worst scooter app ever, return my $5 which I never got to use!
Tried to use it for one ride - wanted to charge me $40
Not convenient, you have to load a balance of minimum $40…. they told me that after I loaded $10…. lol

After I used the scooter and tried locking it several times it still kept the time going. When it finally did lock it charged me 100 dollars!!!!
$40 minimum investment??? WTH!!!
Really? Can’t use the scooter unless I deposit $40.00???? It took $5.00 from my cash app. Still waiting for a response from them and a full refund! DO NOT USE!!!!
Scam
Beware!! I made a number of attempts to activate their scooters none of them worked. After that I send multiple mails with refund request so they simply ignored them and in fact stole my money.
