i live in a decently sized home & with my router being all the way in the basement & my room being all the way at the third floor, 50% of the time my light doesn’t work & flashes white signalling no connection. very idiotic, the light should remember what setting i have previously set it to

Looses connection constantly, no help from manufacturers.

When switch from HD to SD quality bottom on my screen is foggy 1/3 of screen can’t see anything.

This app is useless and does not work.

The new update and widgets are so terrible. Before I had a nice widget that could turn on my devices and now I can only have 8 instead of 8 AND it opens the app instead of being an actual switch. It’s the most pointless thing ever. Why? And scenes? Common. Stop breaking good things. Really ticked off

I just found out that I have been cheated and these frauds have stolen my money, since the strip lights never connect to the app, the app is absolutely worthless. No help either, their bot is dumber than a newborn larva. Looking into legal support.

Cannot add devices no matter what I do. App doesn’t work

Keeps disconnecting from the unit and I have to delete everything and start from scratch.

Please support the shortcuts app for turning on devices like light bulbs.

We received three updates on entries (fingerprint vs password) after installing our door locks and nothing since. The door locks are used daily and we receive zero APP notifications of the entries. Thumbs down.
