Very hard to switch from Personal account to Business account on the iPhones

There’s nothing to complain about this app. Would love to have a way to hide my balance cuz I don’t want anyone to see it. And I can see my smartshopper ponts and my rewards

I want to close off my account with Tyme Bank but I can’t get hold of the young lady I met at PicknPay who assisted me with opening the account. She said that, there were no bank charges. I opened the bank with a balance of R600 and I have never used it but I now owe the bank R6. Frustrated Customer

For months I have been trying to get people to deposit cash to my account but there is no “cash option “ to enable me to generate a deposit code compared to the old app😐 Can’t even access my business account similar to old app

Please make it possible to delete beneficiaries 😩

I need to be able to add the beneficiaries without sending them money. Your ewallet should be collected in other bank atm. Just keep up with other banks in terms of making things easier to navigate.

The deposit button is still not there.. I can’t keep using the SSID to request Tymecode because thats more money being charged plus the fee to get a tymecode.. please fix this now

Where is the “Cash” option for withdrawing and depositing to oneself by generating a pin which you can use to make the withdrawal or the deposit on this app?
