Das Netz ist hervorragend. Deckt alle Orte ab die ich brauche. ABER der Aufpreis ist für Mindestlöhner wie mir ein Schlag ins Gesicht. Ich hoffe, dass sich das ändert.

- Buy and renew your monthly or yearly seasonal ticket wherever, whenever.
- Apply your existing seasonal paper-based ticket on the app.
- Use your app-based U-Abo during a ticket inspection.
- Never forget to renew your seasonal ticket, the app reminds you before your seasonal ticket expires.
- Upload your portrait picture and use the app to identify yourself. No need for a separate ID.
- Changed your mobile? Got a new mobile number? Simply restore your seasonal ticket within the app.
- Simple refund process.
- Pay your seasonal ticket with credit card (Mastercard, VISA), PostFinance, Reka Card or Twint.
- Simply receive your purchase receipts via E-Mail.
- Ask questions and get support by using the in-app form or our support hotline.
- Available in German and English.

Inkompatibilität überall
Ich wollte ein U-Abo lösen. Zuerst versuchte ich es auf der Swisspass Seite. Obwohl diese die Option anbietet, hat es nicht funktioniert. Es hiess immer, es gäbe kein solches Angebot. Auf Grund einer Empfehlung der SBB Community löste ich das U-Abo auf der TNW-Seite auf den Swisspass, was dann wie erwünscht funktionierte. Später wollte ich das U-Abo auf die U-Abo App laden, wo ja diese Option angeboten wird. Trotzdem hat auch das nicht geklappt. Es hiess immer, dass dieses U-Abo nicht gefunden wurde. Hier gibt es noch einiges zu optimieren.
Higher charging of the monthly pass
For months now, I’ve been struggling with this app trying to charge me 30CHF more than the actual monthly pass costs. I’ve been in touch with the support about it, but none of their actions resolved my issue. Not even their “uninstall-reinstall” request. This app is a pure disappointment.
Leider unbrauchbar
Wollte für meinen minderjährigen Sohn ein neues Jahresabo lösen. Keine der Zahlungsoptionen hat funktioniert. Das Abo schliesslich am Ticketautomaten gelöst. Wollte dann das gekaufte Abo in der App hinterlegen, die mir weiter ein neues Abo verkaufen wollte. Prinzipiell gute Idee, so leider unbrauchbar.
Erinnerung
Hilfreich wäre, wenn die App einen an das erneuern des Abos erinnern würde. Vielleicht gibt es die Option, aber ich hab sie noch nicht entdeckt.

It happened that Visa payment to renew is confirmed by Visa but that the renewal in the app does not proceed. Please check the app so smooth and easy payment is possible.
Fast immer pünktlich
Die Linie 8 ist oft zu voll ansonsten ist der ÖV so gut, dass man in Basel kein Auto benötigt
Einfach
Sehr einfach App daher gut. Schön wäre eine Apple Wallet Anbindung wie bei TNW-Tickets. Oder noch einfacher das U-Abo im TNW-Tickets App integrieren.
