Impossible to change the password, crashes, forced updates.

Needs to find an alternative way to credit points instead of scanning and taking pictures of receipts to upload

Dear team, I’ve been using long time this app, I noticed recently after updating the app it’s stopped working.

It’s very easy step to book, Best hospitality in resort, this is the 3rd time I am visiting the resort. Also this time I have guest with me. Thanks

The app is very slow and not working. It keeps logging me out once I log in under title “session expired” please assist.

I have to go through multiple rounds of resetting my password because it keeps on locking eventhough Im entering my correct password, this was a poorly designed app & I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, Share, Shukran & some other loyalty apps are miles ahead better than this so don’t waste your time in using this because you’ll just end up with disappointment.

It is slow Has many glitches Every update takes time Now it is not even working.

Refresh then automatically error

Timings for bookings not always accurate. Sometimes shows booking full but places still available when you call the hotel.
