Great Idea. Terrible App.
I’ve been using U Drink I Drive service for some years and it’s always been useful. But the app has always been terrible. Buggy, crashes etc. It used to have a terrible bug where everything would be in English until the confirmation screen which was in Thai and the highlighted button was cancel! Who thought that was good UI ?? With the recent update I can’t even log in. It won’t accept what I’m pretty sure is my password. Go to forgot my password, follow the email links (one of which leads to a web page with code on it and a no text formatting) and receive a 6 digit new code. That doesn’t work and the app ends up in an internal loop of half logging in and then saying bad user token, logging out and then trying again. I tried deleting and going through the process again, exactly the same thing. So they are now going to miss out on my business. You need to hire a new development team.
