Scene automation not work Please fix them

Good so far

Yes I don’t have the newest iPhone. But my XR worked until the last update now I have to always key in my code and I don’t get any notifications when someone opens my door. :( and I can’t check to see if my door is locked ( the reason I bought this ) I have tried all the support help. Oh well 😢

Great quality lock packed with features that make it great for managing multiple users remotely through the phone app. Easy to install and operate, except the timing of its auto-lock when you pull it shut - sometimes it seems to get itself confused on whether it wants to lock or unlock again

Only downside is the receivers. It should be wifi. Sometimes they have a hard time syncing and my dog loves to pull them out.

Works until today, maybe u bolt pro or bridge updated the software or something.

The install was easy as a regular dead bolt. There’s a white sort of pad that comes with the outside keypad that I didn’t know if it’s supposed to be used as a gasket or not. I decided not to use it. The Bluetooth is hit or miss. I’ve tried various distances and the best I can get is a “poor” signal even if it’s 12 inches or 6 feet away! Turned it different directions and different plugs. Still “poor” according to the app. If you are going to have multiple locks, I wish once you set up the user list for the first one, you could pick from a list for the second one but I couldn’t. I had to input them separately which was a bit of a pain.

Having major connection issues between Bridge and lock. Replaced one lock and bridge but doesn’t seem to have made any difference. My thought is it’s the bridge. Need to do away with it and use a wifi enabled lock. Time to change these locks.
