Ubank Money App

Keeps changing and seems to make it harder to use every time . Can’t even use it to transfer money when I need it . Waste of my time

The old UBank app was much more intuitive. In this app you need to transfer the exact amount into the “Spend” account (no interest?). The old app used the ultra account and topped up the amount needed automatically from the savings account. Therefore you earned the most interest in highest balance account. In this app you need to do 2 transaction to make a single payment. It also doesn’t save reference numbers in standing BPay accounts. This is an opportunity to mistype the 10 digits every month. You have to go to the settings to log out and then you need to scroll down twice to find it. Why would this not be in the home or accounts screen! This is not progress and I can’t see any reason to change to this app..

Ubank needs to fix slow login time for the app. Takes 10+ seconds, while all other bank apps are near instant with biometric login.

Can’t pay from savings account and there’s not pop up when sending money to someone

Great app and bank to use easy under interface easy to transfer and set up Apple wallet am using it overseas to pay for everything with Apple wallet and card has worked everywhere in Japan no fees for taking out money or using at any shops restaurants etc THANK YOU ubank

Is that something we can work on? Not good when you need to access your money in a rush.

Might be good for a single person, but no good for a couple who shares everything; only 1 shared spend account, no shared bills account- if our broker had have informed us of this prior to signing up we would not have gone ahead. Very disappointed.

Best interest rate, easy to use, fast , reliable can not fault this bank and i have used 6 other banks and none are as good as ubank i vouch all day.

App is easy to use but changes to direct debiting make this bank a far less attractive option. Looking for another bank.

After opening the app, a nag screen to update the app shows. The nag cannot be closed and blocks use of the app. I cannot update the app and I am on the max iOS for an IPhone 7. The phone works perfectly and I’m not going to spend $1000 on a new iPhone just to use the ubank app. Fail. It means I’ll do my high savings banking elsewhere.
