Более плохого приложения для такси , трудно себе представить. Мало что все на одном монгольском языке, так монгольские водители пытаются звонить каждый раз и что то говорить на монгольском. И они никогда не знают конечную точку. Вопрос зачем ее вбивать ? Они не видят ее и ты не видишь ее . Короче Крабское приложение

Через приложение невозможно заказать такси. Сколько заказывали, машина ни разу не приехала.

It works as good as industry leading apps(unfortunately they are still not available in Mongolia), if not better. Signing up is much easier, since you only need working phone number. Had couple of issues with the payment from TDB app to khaan bank's account, but those issues were easily handled by doing the transactions manually and driver clicking button on their device. It may be bit of and hard to find taxis during peak hour, but overall pretty good. Thanks UbCab

Really essential for getting around UB, but the taxi drivers are often angry that my phone number is my previous number and they can’t call me. For the past year I’ve tried to update many time, I get the confirmation code texted to me but when I enter it the app shows and error. So with no way to update the number I’m stuck with annoyed cabbies.

In 2018, I gave 4 stars and said “Would get 5 stars if the English language options were improved per prior version.” In 2021, I updated to 3 stars on basis the app whilst becoming more feature rich has really only gotten worse. The biggest issues are: 1. Drivers can’t locate the pickup locations. Why can’t they see the pin drop location? Please integrate GPS or W3W for passengers and drivers to reference given the poor street addresses in Mongolia. 2. Not enough cabs and/or not enough cabs contacted with pickup requests. Possibly indicates that drivers aren’t happy with their app interface either. It would be brilliant if bookings could be made for pickup at future times! In 2023, remains at three stars. There are more drivers using it now, but the inability to pinpoint pickup and drop off locations (and thus for drivers to be able to find them) is still a major flaw.
