I booked a parking space but when I tried to open the boom gate as directed, it wouldn’t recognise the carpark and would not open the gate.

We parked at the Paramount Centre and very smooth experience! I will use it again!

My workplace recently switched to UbiPark, the app intermittently works and often struggles to provide access to the car park.

Trialling this app at my work car park. I’ve found it to be unreliable. Not finding entry and exit points, never finding security doors. This has caused massive queues at the work car entry point

The app works so well and really saves time, money and hassle. But what’s really excellent is when it doesn’t work or something goes wrong - which has happened only a couple of times in a long period of use. The response time was fantastic and the issues sorted out incredibly promptly. The customer service really is first class. Sincerely impressed.

This app is so handy. Being able to pay for parking without needing to lower my window, Love it!! Just a click and I’m away. Wish more things in life were this simple.

I first used this app to find the best parking for where ever I wanted to go. This saved me time and money. I have now used he new features to actually pay for parking and I don’t need to bother with those annoying ticket machines anymore. Literally a game changer in the way I park. Thanks Ubipark! I wish I thought of this! What a simple idea that has saved me SO much time weaving my way around the city searching for the illusive affordable car park.
