The app is really useless compared to other banks in uae always some issues login and alerts and taking forever to login or showing any issues sometime it’s just blank alert and that’s all . Not helpful at all. Super frustrating

All UBL apps need reset thrice a month. To do so delete app and reset ID and passwords.

When i open app it is showing this error(We are experieng an uspected service intruption that we are working) Please tell us what happning

I transferred some amount in other other UBL account and it very easy and quick transfer in other account. I appreciate the online service provide by UBL and proudly will communicate in my friend circle being also as banker in UAE last 17 years. Regards Tauseef Ahmed

This app is not working rather stopping the other app if you have already UBL digital for your Pakistani UBL account. There is some conflict. You can have only one app at one time on a single handset. Need to be checked and rectified.
