I’m a customer of unlimited for almost 3 years and I have never had a problem with either their network, or any sim related matters until a couple of weeks ago where I was frustrated with their service. I blocked my sim and urgently needed a puk number to unblock and I couldn’t get ahold of them as they are basically have office working hours, so I was stuck the whole weekend without calls until Monday when I called. Within days after this incident a lady from the unlimited, beautiful voice, very professional, The manager (completely forgot her name, my apologies)called to firstly apologies, hear how I was doing, she even asked if I was okay, she came up with a better solution... her personal email and contact details, that’s not all I was topped up with R100 airtime and R100 free airtime. This is the customer service we always long for and thanks to her I am never leaving The Unlimited network for anything. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi Developers The Unlimited has been really great for the +-2 years I have been using it - I rely on it. Now since this new update (late October 2020), the app is unable to open on my iPhone 5s. When I click on the app, it opens and shows "THE UNLIMITED" I have left it for 30min and nothing changed, so I cannot use the app anymore. Please fix this soon! I need data and airtime! Thanks Noah

Had downloaded the new app and doesn’t open , got unlimited 4G fiber WiFi. Really not pleased with the service
