This app was working wonderful at the beginning. However, I’m not able to do change some settings of the time because there is no update. i’m still waiting for an update.

I’ve had the switch for a couple of years and really enjoyed it. I was able to set a schedule successfully.I’m not certain what happened but now I am unable to modify the schedule.Whenever I attempt to it pops up it says upgrade now. when I tell it yes I then get a banner that says it’s no longer supported in my region. I emailed the owner as of now I have not heard from him or her. I would not recommend this Wi-Fi switch.

I get “you need to update “ messages even though when I check I have the most recent version?

Lost the timer settings on the wall plug please update.

Tried everything to connect smart outlets . Always failed. Not at all clear how to add devices.

I’ve been in the electrical trade for over fifty years, so I’m speaking from experience. The switches and outlets I control with this app make my life safer and more convenient. I can schedule lights to come on and turn off at any time of the day and day of the week. I can remotely turn lights on and off also whether I’m home or not. These features allow for having a secure home when I’m here and away and it’s quite easy to install and manage. Five Stars!

The app has horrible English. The text runs out of room and you miss what I believe might be important information? My device will not connect to WiFi at all and it come with zero instructions

You updated your app and now ALL OF MY DEVICES ARE NOT CONNECTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THESE WORKED FOR 3 years and now no longer work. Connect. Turn on. Turn off. They are even bigger pieces of junk than when I bought them.
