Is there o software updates on this app. Why is it showing only R22? Don’t tell me I wasted thousands of dollars invested on tools that are now useless! Unbelievable!

Does not show saturation temp and only has R-22 available. Not entirely wireless either you have to use aux cord for line temp probes

R22 is the only refrigerant that appears. When you toggle to the refrigerant toolbox no other refrigerant choices show up for me to select. I have no other choice but to use the measure quick app to use these probes, unless I am working on an R22 system.

Only R22 in Freon list. No additional freons are available to favorite or even select. List is entirely blank. Please help!

I’ve called tech support multiple times looking for help with my issue. The app does not calculate super heat or sub cooling for r417c (hotshot2). I specifically bought these for refrigeration work and a lot of my calls use it. Tech support says they’ll look into it and call me back, no one ever does and now I can’t even return these and buy a Testo kit. If you’ve just purchased these take them back and buy Testo, it’s a far better product.

Got the hub 6 I liked it when I had a android phone the app worked great now that my company phone is a I phone the app want work have tried everything from uninstalling the app I guess I have a tool that I can’t use anymore not good.

The pressure probe broke the first time I used it, now the app won’t respond. I uninstalled and reinstalled. JUNK. The wireless range is way too short. There needs to be a way to calibrate the temperature probes. They don’t work with the measure quick app. A waste of 500$. Thanks UEI.

I like the HUB6 but the app needs to calculate superheat.

Never has connecting HVAC tools and getting measurements been so easy. This app and accompanying tools are so elegantly designed, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without them.
