No sirve la app
Me descargue la app por primera vez, funcionó bien pero al cerrarla y volverla abrir ya dejó de servir y ahora no funciona. La he eliminado varías veces y vuelto a descargar pero sigue sin valer.

Ho vissuto a Roma, Trieste e Madrid ed è un anno che ho il disgusto di dover usare i vostri servizi per vivere a Torino. Siete il Servizio Trasporti peggiore mai visto. I vostri siti internet e le vostre app sono completamente inefficienti. Il vostro servizio di assistenza è un DI-SERVIZIO. Il mio consiglio è di assumere persone competenti, con un percorso formativo alle spalle.
Mi ha salvato in pandemia
App sempre funzionante in pandemia. Mi ha permesso di tornare a far la spesa agevolmente. L'ho usata anche per altri servizi. Troppo utile. Peccato che, almeno a Firenze, non sia più sfruttata. Si potrebbe utilizzare in tanti di queí modi! Io non la cancello, non si sa mai che qualcuno si sveglia e decide di usarla!
Ne app ne sito funzionano al momento
Accedendo sull'app non trova città ne attività, dal sito, accedendo con link per GTT dice "qualcosa è andato storto riprova"
