Once again having troubles depositing check with my phone It takes everything then it just sits there and after a while tells you it didn’t take the deposit Why is this so difficult to get right?? And once again having difficulties with the check deposit! Constantly get errors and won’t take the deposit I don’t know who’s in charge of this but they should be fired

Love this app. It will not pull copies of checks but I can do that on my computer. As a phone app is the best.

When I’m logged in, I should be able to see MY OWN ACCOUNT NUMBERS. The only way to see the account number for an account is to open the account, find a transaction, wait for a webpage to load, scroll down to a statement, wait for the PDF to load, then find the account number. That is *ridiculous*. It’s MY account! Why can’t I see my own account details!?!?! Also there seems to be some sort of background timer that runs and signs you out constantly. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing, you could be chatting with an agent and the app signs you out. Chatting with an agent they often ask you to verify a pin that they text you. Well if you leave the app to see the text message, it will occasionally sign you out. When that happens you then have to wait in the queue for another agent who you then have to fill in with all the information you already sent to the previous agent. By the time you finish that, yep you guessed it, THE APP SIGNS YOU OUT. To add insult to injury, if the app automatically signs you out, you can no longer use FaceID to sign in, it just loads forever forcing you to kill the app completely and then sign in once again. STOP IT. STOP SIGNING ME OUT.
