Functionality
The app just doesn’t work. It takes too long to load when attempting to log in, then shows no error notifications nor any notification whatsoever after it declined your login attempts. Don’t even want to mention the website. It’s being maintained forever

This app DOES NOT WORK!! It’s so frustrating because it keeps saying details are incorrect even though the details are correct. Just as lazy as the employees 😡😡😡
Doesn’t work
You’ll literally die waiting for someone to work on your claim if you do it online. 3 months and counting. The app is useless as they come.
