Maybe just have your workers take 5 seconds out of their day to punch in your id number rather than holding me at the gate to download an app that doesn’t work when there’s no signal

The app doesn’t even let you log in and crashes all the time. I don’t understand why the gym staff is instructed not to type in student’s codes? A photo and name pops up, just like when and ID or card is used. I

Crashes all the time. How tedious to have to battle this app into submission in order to enter the gym. Why do I need to create a barcode when my physical ID has a barcode? Terrible idea and worse implementation. If the staff are instructed to refuse checking me in, then I suggest you bring back the handprint scanners, which were terrible, but the lesser of two ideas.
