I have happily banked with UKFCU for 25 years but this app is driving me crazy. For some reason the app closes every time I try to make a deposit. This was one of the best features of the app. They really need to fix the bugs or find a new app.

Have to get a text verification code every time I open the app up now. Emailed the bank and they said it was a known issue that was fixed. Except it’s not fixed. Love the bank, but the app is not good.

I need to remotely deposit checks. Eighteen months, 2 iPhone models and untold iOS updates it still doesn’t work for me.

It’s a webpage. It rarely opens with thumbprint. It always displays warnings that come back every time they are dismissed. Pathetic app.

For a while now I have to kill the app every time in order to get Face ID to pop up when I open the app. Please fix!

New app works great!!!! Very convenient.

I honestly hate the new app. I don’t feel it’s user friendly at all and the settings cannot be specifically as set as previously.

Love the bank they’re wonderful! The app not so much.Unable to even pay my credit card without checks. Then unable to buy checks as well.It’s a hassle to have to put all the kids in the car just to pay the credit card.Was able to do it before the upgrade.They also merge my husband and my accounts together into one account. Wish they had left it alone.

Edit: after noticing a small credit card balance increase without any charges posted or pending, I called customer service. They told me interest charges are no longer posted because they aren’t “transactions” and to find them I have to access a different page. This is yet another bad update to a terrible app. Customer service employees were great, and very helpful. I hope UKFCU brings back a good online banking experience soon. :( — The app keeps getting worse since the fall 2020 update. It’s slow and buggy, there are often notices about things that don’t work (like balance accuracy?!), user friendliness is terrible, and it forces browser use for certain things we used to be able to do on the app, like making a credit card payment. It’s so slow I often can’t scroll on a page, which makes accessibility useless.

Not sure why the bank switched to this app. It’s horrible. It takes at least five tries to make a deposit. It’s almost impossible to scroll through transactions. Right now the last thing we need is something to frustrate us even more!
