Why have punch been taking off

I feel like anytime I use this app It struggles to function This is the most glitchy and buggy app I ever uses from white screens to login issues several different ways to login which doesn’t work well who wrote code for this a first grader ???

It doesn’t keep you logged in and always asks for authentication. Very hard to navigate to get to time punch and doesn’t work. It is requiring a “time” to punch.

After the update I can’t clock in or out with it since it always says I’m outside of the geofence and a little before that it was telling me it was unable to retrieve punches. When it worked it was probably 4 stars though.

9 times out of 10 when I log in to use the app there is an error message of “page not found” I have to restart my phone just for the app to open. When it’s working it’s great but when it’s not 😤

I have deleted and redownloaded so many times but whenever I log in the app just goes to a blank white screen and nothing works.

Over engineered, not user friendly. Don’t know why they changed from the previous version. Nothing works. Managers don’t like it, not responsive. Horrible!!! Can I give it zero stars??

It takes me 3 to 4 minutes to get this app working on a good day. Please hire competent programmers. “Download UKG pro” great it’s even more terrible. I’ve used this app with multiple phones and multiple connections. Please fix this garbage app. I would not have written this review if UKG didn’t ask me to. The review requests are constant and so annoying. Nothing works correctly on this app and I hope they make it functional in the future.

The amount of times this app crashes or freezes is so frustrating. Especially when you’re loosing time trying to clock in because it’s down. I would definitely like my company to find another app.
