app doesn’t operate as advertised. customer service is ATROCIOUS!! they will lie and give you the runaround for weeks without ever fixing the issue. app is an absolute waste of time

When I first started using this app hour would upload within hours. Now it’s the next day and sometimes OVER 24 hours. It’s a good app but it’s inconsistent with the payroll system.

I have tried to apply to receive the UKG card to access my money as quickly as possible. I went weeks speaking to their “support team” all that they assisted me with was linking a bank account. After almost a months long process I still am not able to apply for the UKG card, because of a discrepancy with my address. Terrible in-team communication and ineffective support. I would never use this app if I wasn’t forced to through my work.

Transfer Fee is wayyyy too higher compared to other same day payment. Please fix this!!!!

My employer transitioned from Daily Pay to UGK. I really tried to give UKG a chance. The reporting of hours is so inconsistent. My hours will show up but then disappear and then take several days to show back up. Daily Pay was a much more efficient app. Within hours of clocking out my hours showed up in Daily Pay. Accessing funds was seamless and predictable. Unfortunately UGK is so inconsistent with making funds available this makes the app totally useless because you can’t depend on having access to your money. Nor is there any pattern to how or when the hours are reported.

The app didn’t Even let me log in now for some reason have reset the password it tells me it’s the correct password and STILL I just get the log in screen has been unusable for about a month if not longer

This is probably the worst company ever. My employer uses them to track or hours “clock in and out” and for pay access. I haven’t been able to clock in on my phones app for 2 months, and the pay for my hours worked never updates like it is supposed to on this wallet app. Customer service is also completely unhelpful. Generic, copy & paste responses.

I’ve been able to get my bills paid an still have a little money on my check so I feel like it works for me the best. Fast an easy

As the title states nothing about this app appears to be functional. Tried to access my pay only to have my card linked to a different account. Feels like my personal information is definitely at risk as any time it’s entered on any screen it just reverts back to the main screen. Tried to apply to the pay card for the discounted movie tickets. Only for it to just revert back to the title screen after hitting apply. Once again making it seem my personal information is at risk.
