Down loaded some time ago but always some glitches tried reusing a disaster blocked and crashed re downloaded now says have no internet connection to sign in have a very good connection I will have to give up also difficult to get customer assistance

I have just updated the app, and I wish I hadn’t. The last time I use this app to listen to an audiobook (over a year ago) at least the audiobook worked. This time, I click on borrow, and also agreeing to receive notifications for when the loan is about to expire, the app crashes. Time, and time again. Even after I close it down and restart it. It is also very unattractive to search and not very user-friendly. A pity, because the titles are good

Clunky - if I pause then begin again the volume automatically is turned down. Rubbish app.

I routinely use other apps to download and listen to audiobooks but this one is terrible - every other time I go to open it I just get a blank screen and have to reinstall the app. Then when it does work, the book does not always open to the last place. Such a waste of time.

I understand we can no longer download audiobooks from the library and listen to them on our own choice of reliable user friendly app. Have the library people who endorse this app actually looked at this app. I am trying to use it on an iPhone and can’t even open it. Rubbish. A really poor choice Libraries Australia. 👎🏻

Unable to listen to a book borrowed from the library. Need to rely on BorrowBox Libby Overdrive.. frustrating and awful.

App won’t open on iPad running iOS 15

Several times as I was reopening my book it took me back to the beginning and I had to stop and guess where I might have been up to, trying several chapters before I found my place again. Then before I finished it the ap just refused to open. So I deleted and am now reloading

I have updated this app today on my iPad Pro, and now it won’t even open. It may have been slow and had a few issues before, but at least I could open it and use it. Help please.

My library offers an awesome catalogue which is partly accessible via this app but sadly the app lets it down by consistently failing to perform. There’s another review which covers those problems, and I’ve raised them a while ago with the developer before but it hasn’t improved. A real shame.
