This App is very clear and concise I never have a problem when using it.

Works all the time every time and so easy to use

This app cannot be used by account holders whose mobile phone number is not prefixed 07. If you have a German, Spanish, US or Irish phone, don't bother. No workaround exists yet.

Not very intuitive to use. Payment limit thing set at £2k so had to search how to pay more. Seems you ignore it if biometric turned on - life’s too short for this. Somehow I made payment out of deposit account when I thought I had selected current Not the worst but some way from best experience

Through thick and thin this is a first class bank. Please keep it this! Happy Christmas to you all!

Over-complicated sign on and obscure and limited access to on line information - the worst I have ever encountered. Can’t wait to shift away from this bank.

I’ve been using the app for a few years now. More features are becoming available all the time making online banking really easy. 23/11/24. A link came up on the app to learn how to withdraw cash using the app. Tried the link which took me to UB Anytime website. The info was all about transfers but nothing to do with withdrawal.

Don’t seem to easily be able to close an account without writing to you or visiting a branch. Would have been handy if this was explained at the point of opening the account
