I need a customer care to respond to my mail. Why is it to hard to hear back from customer care.
Why is my transaction been delayed i was issued a loan nd now I can’t have access to it
Pls look into that my transaction has been on process for over 10 hours now
I sent money to Umba account for more then 24hours now and i am still not credited
Bad app until you return my money
Reliable app
At first when I went through the comment section I was discouraged but I was willing to take the risk cox I had no other option at getting a cash from anywhere… I’m so proud of this app… they are 101 reliable imagine getting a loan of 7600 with an interest of 1900 for a month… I’m amazed😊
Money sent to me hasn’t reflected for hours now
A friend of mine sent money to me and they have refused to credit it to my acct for some hours now even the customer service hasn’t replied me at all 🤦🏾🤦🏾

Is this how you pple run ur app I applied for loan u approved it I pay before the due date thinking I will get a higher loan and you pple declined me
Fraudulent Behavior
It’s been over 24hrs my friend transferred funds to his account and Umba is yet to credit his wallet. He has contacted them on all their social media channels, including their in-app chat, and sent emails and yet they refuse to respond him. I can see them active on Instagram, so why are they refusing to respond to her messages? There is not even any phone number to available to the public to reach them. Beware of Umba guys!!!
Bad customer care
Someone sent money to me almost 24hrs and I haven’t seen it but if I send little change it’ll reflect , I’m scared o and customer care haven’t replied me anywhere

The app is ok but I don’t knw what’s going on I find my UMBA account and have not been credited since 3days ago and I chatted the customer center no one is responding
