Always professional, courteous and helpful.
This app is the glitchiest most trash banking app. Constantly have to log in multiple times and you add features just for them not to work. Horrible app, need to learn how to add an update before overhauling the old way the app use to function. I shouldn’t have to consider switching banks because the app is horrible.
Does checks and transfers fine. But on a daily bases when I want to check my account I can’t quickly read what the transactions are because everything is labeled (FIS) and the actual vendor name gets cut off on the screen- until you spend the time to click every transaction just to read it. For some awful reason you only show transactions for 30 days at a time which is useless. It takes 5 thousands buttons for me to figure out how to change it because it’s hidden in a million drop down menu.
Quick and easy to use
Keeps telling me that my device is jailbroken and will not let me open the app.
I have been banking with UniBank for over 15 years They have always provided me with great service. My account was hacked several times and each time I was notified and my card was frozen until I could get to my branch office where it was replaced right then and there. I recommend this bank to anyone and everyone I meet.
Great local bank
This app has a lot of work to do. With biometrics you don’t need to have the additional security questions. Entered it wrong once with a simple typo and now I’m locked out of my account and no 24/7 help. Also just very basic experience with mobile banking. Would be nice if the notifications of things that happen with your account were indeed that notifications and not emails. Those are just some of the improvements that are needed.
At least FaceID works consistently on Bank of America. Never seen an mobile app degrade as much as the Unibank app.
