Un desastre.. que nos decuelvan la aplicacion Liberbank

Problemas todo el tiempo al realizar gestiones. Es una pesadilla cambiar contraseña o resolver cualquier problema online o por teléfono. La fusión con liberbank un completo desastre. No le deseo ni a mi peor enemigo ser cliente del banco. Evitarlo

This app is beyond belief. The updates are of no value whatsoever. The app doesn’t display the balance after each transaction. Instead it displays only the amount left in the account following the last movement. This makes it impossible to go back and see what the balance was at the start of the month for example. Useless!!!! Please revert back to the previous version!!!!!! There was nothing wrong with it. Stop wasting money with developers who don’t understand the basics of what people look for in an online service.

I won’t recommend this bank to anyone as it’s the worst , service client very poor, The website very complicated, bizum doesn’t work all the time each time u need to go branch to fix it

App is a serious step in the wrong direction. Previous app was much better. Login is slower. Scrolling is awful, ignores input and goes wherever it wants.

Ya era hora de tener una aplicación más actual. La otra era más propia de 2012, además de ser un laberinto de usabilidad. Aun así, hay apartados con mucho margen de mejora, como el de tarjetas.
